TO MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE:

Card Payments:

• For Online Card Payments, we offer Refunds if requested.

• Returns for items bought at full price are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (Online Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in its original condition.

Cash On Delivery (COD):

• We do not offer refunds for Cash On Delivery Payments (COD).

• You will only be eligible for Exchanges for cash on delivery orders.

Card Payment On Delivery:

• We do not offer refunds for Card Payment On Delivery.

• For Card Payment On Delivery orders, you will only be eligible for Exchanges.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

• Shipping Fees will not be refunded.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and foreign odors, including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

• Any hygiene stickers on the garments must not be removed.

• Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

• Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us (1st Return). From the second collection onwards, a fee of AED 20 is applicable.

• If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team, you will receive a confirmation email.

• The item(s) must be returned to us within 114 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

SALE ITEMS:

• We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items.

• Sale Items can only be exchanged with the same product of different sizes.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:

• For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags & original packaging.

• If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team, you will receive a confirmation email.

• We provide free collection for the first return or exchange. From the second collection onwards, a fee of AED 20 is applicable.

PROCESSING TIME:

• We process all of our returns within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

• You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

CUTANDPULL accepts the following forms of payment:

• Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard.

• 3rd party payment methods: Apple Pay. Options may vary based on location and order amount.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Only available for orders placed in the United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to either accept or decline high-value orders.

In the event that the order value exceeds a specific threshold, we will apply different shipping charges, which we will inform you about before issuing the invoice.
